CAREER SUMMARY
Rocky Hardin serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Embree Capital Markets Group, Inc., Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Embree Construction Group, Inc., and Embree Development Group, Inc. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Embree Construction Group, Inc., Embree Development Group, Inc., and Embree Capital Markets Group, Inc.

Rocky began his career in the oil and gas industry where he worked in the accounting department. Prior to joining Embree Group Rocky worked in Public Accounting responsible for tax preparation and audit write up. In his current role, Rocky is responsible for all financial reporting and tax compliance for Embree Group in addition to leading the Embree Capital Markets Group, Inc. team in US and International fundraising, capital sourcing, investment review, underwriting, analysis, and disposition of commercial retail, industrial and health care real estate assets.

Rocky has been a part of the Embree Group for over 38 years and hopes to continue expanding the group by building new relationships.

Josiah Byrnes serves as President of Embree Capital Markets Group, Inc., where he helps guide the formation and execution of diversified real estate capital structures and investment strategies for individual, institutional, and international investors, developers, and tenants.

Prior to joining Embree Capital Markets Group in 2010, Josiah served as a sales director with several national real estate syndicators, including Cole Real Estate Investments, Bluerock Real Estate, and CBC Worldwide, where he participated in sales of securitized §1031 Exchange offerings, non-traded REITs, and various opportunistic debt and private equity funds in excess of $1 billion of total capitalized value. Josiah also previously served as a personal financial analyst for a subsidiary of Citigroup, where he assisted clients with insurance, mortgage, and investment solutions.

Josiah holds an active Arizona real estate license and is a member of various industry associations and philanthropic organizations.

Bruce Christy, Chief Investment Officer is head of Healthcare and Life Sciences real estate, and a member of the investment committee. Mr. Christy is responsible for the performance and growth of the Healthcare and Life Sciences business. With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Christy has been involved in over $5 billion of real asset investing in the U.S. and the growth of real estate private equity firms. Prior to joining Embree, Bruce co-founded and was a Managing Director, COO and CIO of Cadence Asset Management, CFO and CIO of United Growth and held senior positions at BlackRock, The Muldavin Company and Roulac Group. Responsibilities included launching real estate private equity funds, working with institutional commingled funds and separate accounts, directing corporate strategy and operations, acquisitions, portfolio management, capital raising, capital markets, development, and investment structuring. Investments included multiple property types, employing strategies ranging among opportunistic, value-add, core-plus, core and structured credit.
